Deanna Ngueket CPA LLC does not sell your information. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose personal information or tax return information to anyone in exchange for money or other valuable consideration. We do not share it for targeted or cross-context advertising, and we do not provide it to data brokers, lead generators, or marketing lists. This is our standing practice, not an option you have to select.

We do not sell sensitive personal data. Section 541.107 of the Texas Business and Commerce Code prohibits the sale of sensitive personal data without prior consent. We will not ask for that consent, because we do not engage in the practice.

Vendors are not purchasers. We use service providers to do our work, including tax preparation and electronic filing software, a secure document portal, bookkeeping platforms, and information technology support. They receive information only to perform services for us, they are contractually restricted to that use, and they are not permitted to sell or repurpose it. Paying a vendor to provide us with a service is not a sale of your information.

Tax return information has separate protection. Federal law prohibits us from using or disclosing tax return information for any purpose other than preparing your return unless you first sign a consent that meets the requirements of Treasury Regulation Section 301.7216-3. Visiting this page, using our website, or accepting our Privacy Policy is not that consent, and nothing on this page substitutes for it. You are never required to sign a consent in order to have your return prepared.
